SUGAR COOKIES

While I began my baking journey hating the time consuming, hand-cramp inducing process of making sugar cookies, I have truly grown to LOVE them now. My mindset changed after years of perfecting different techniques and challenging myself with intricate designs. I also love the joy that sugar cookies bring to my customers. 

From the shape of the cookie itself, to the different colors/textures of the royal icing, sugar cookies allow me to create bespoke creations that transform customer’s desires into tangible delicious goodies. One of the reasons why I now love executing sugar cookies is because you can truly do anything you want.

I have a two dozen limit because these cookies are incredibly time intensive and the limitation allows me to fully dive into the creative attention that each cookie requires for the level of detail.
